What is an Affiliate?

Affiliates are local businesses or community organizations that participate in our farmers’ markets. Whether you’re sharing information about your programs or offering activities that enrich the market experience, we welcome your involvement!

Affiliate Participation Fee

To help cover the costs of producing high-quality, accessible markets for everyone, we charge an Affiliate Participation Fee for table space. Fees start at $100 per table, per market day, and may vary depending on market location, space needs, and any additional accommodations.

This fee helps us:

  • Provide reserved table space at our markets

  • Promote your organization through our marketing and outreach

  • Support staffing, logistics, and market operations

  • Continue offering free, community-centered programming

Your participation directly supports our mission of increasing access to fresh, local food and creating lively, engaging market experiences for all.

Please note: The Affiliate Participation Fee is for the service and table space provided. It is not considered a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible.

Discounts for Nonprofit Organizations

We’re proud to partner with fellow nonprofits working to strengthen our communities. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations may be eligible for a discounted Affiliate Participation Fee.

Our goal is to make participation accessible for mission-driven groups while continuing to sustain our markets for everyone.
